Photoshop Elements (PSE) knowledge base

Photoshop Elements (PSE) knowledge base

Adobe® Photoshop® Elements 11 software helps you edit pictures with powerful, easy-to-use options and share them via print, the web, Facebook, and more.* Live in the moment knowing you can easily turn your everyday snapshots into sensational photos.

As with other software/applications, you might get into some issue or you might want to achieve something but you don't know how. There are numerous forums wherein you can post your queries. Other forum members (which includes some members from Adobe) may answer your questions.

The overall process is smooth but not a real time. Most of the times you want to accomplish something with application and then you launch the application. Consider the situation that when you launched the application  and what you see is, the application is not launching/crashing at startup. Alternatively you are not able to accomplish what you want to achieve due to some defects. As a next step, you post this question on some fourms. The overall process of getting your query resolved might take a large time. And it might be possible that either your leave the task or you switch the application.

The motivation behind creating this blog is to resolve your queries in real-time. This blog is basically a knowledge repository where you can find a number of tricks/hacks which you need to do if you are stuck in a situation.  If you are stuck in a situation, then as first point of contact, you can visit this blog and search for your issue. As with other repositories, this blog will evolve with time. So ff you are unable to find your query listed here, you can add a comment on this blog. I will try to answer your query ASAP and will add the same to this KB.

This KB is aimed for PSE11 on Win Vista and later 64 bit machines versions and Mac. If you are using a previous PSE version, these tips will work fine.

Please leave your comments if you have any queries. I will get back to you as soon as possible. Any feedback on improving the quality/content of the blog is highly appreciated.

Cheers!!
